CARBON MACERATION
Our grapes come from our own plots, located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The average age of the vineyard is 55 years. Its harvest is done manually, making a first selection of the fruit in the vineyard. It is a carbonic maceration wine, made in the purest artisan style, trodden on with the feet, in an open concrete lake and subsequent malolactic fermentation in vats, also made of concrete.

Clean, bright wine with good tears. Medium-high layer and cherry-red color with violet rim.

High aromatic intensity. Primary aromas of red fruits, balsamic nuances and licorice predominate, along with others of a floral nature. When removing the glass, these sensations are perceived with greater intensity.

Expressive wine with character, round on the palate and pleasant tannins. It offers us a soft licorice aftertaste. It presents the freshness typical of carbonic maceration.
PAIRING
Perfect to accompany with sausages, nuts, rice, meat and oily fish. Excellent with desserts made with cheese and red fruits.
