Our vineyards are located in the municipality of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, in the Rioja Alta region. Sheltered from the north winds, by the Sierra de Cantabria; bathed by the Ebro river to the south, a rugged topography and at an altitude of 600 meters; It enjoys an unbeatable microclimate for growing vines. Along with this climate, the soil largely determines what the wine will be like: its taste, its smell, its color and its body, among other factors, giving it personality and character.

Manael wineries and vineyards, located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra, La Rioja, began its journey in 1985. It owes its name to my father's nickname, Hilario Martínez Aragón.
The family philosophy has been transmitted from parents to children from previous generations; the value that the traditional and the artisanal have had for us in this trade. From the beginning, we have worked from sunrise to sunset caring for and pampering our vineyards to obtain the best fruits and the best wines; sparing no effort, giving the best of ourselves every day.
